Vietnamese meatloaf (Mắm chưng)

♥ Ingredients:
(Serves 4)

• 8 oz (230 g) ground pork (20% fat)
• 3.5 oz (100 g) Mắm Lóc fillets (Fermented snakehead)
• ½ cup minced onion
• 3 shallots
• 1 garlic clove
• 3 egg yolks
• 3 egg whites
• ½ tbsp brown sugar
• ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
• pinch of salt
• fresh chili, sliced

Raw vegetables to accompany the dish:
• sliced cucumber
• fresh herbs such as mint, fishwort, perilla, ...
• sliced starfruit and raw banana are also common accompaniments for this dish.

♥ Nguyên liệu:
(4 phần ăn)

• 8 oz (230 g) thịt ba rọi xay (hay thịt xay 20% mỡ)
• 3.5 oz (100 g) Mắm Lóc (hoặc mắm tuỳ thích, mắm lóc ít xương hơn)
• ½ cup hành tây cắt nhuyễn
• 3 củ hành ta
• 1 tép tỏi
• 3 lòng đỏ trứng
• 3 lòng trắng trứng
• ½ tbsp muỗng canh đường vàng
• ½ tsp muỗng cà phê tiêu xay
• tí xíu muối
• ớt tươi trang trí

Rau sống ăn kèm:
• dưa leo thái lát
• rau thơm như húng, tía tô, diếp cá,....
• khế và chuối chát thái lát cũng thường đi kèm với mắm chưng
